TWIG stands for
Terrific Women In Giving!
We are a group of diverse women committed to providing fundraising and support for Dayton Children’s Hospital. Since 1965, TWIGs have raised more than $13 million to support patient care, and in 2025, we celebrated our 60th diamond anniversary!
The key to the auxiliary’s success lies in its members—dedicated, innovative, and enthusiastic individuals who champion Dayton Children’s mission to always go “above and beyond” in the relentless pursuit of optimal health for every child within our reach.

Purchase Award winning sheets and $20 goes to TWIGS.
Our Pledge for 2026!

THIS is why we do what we do! The TWIG Auxiliary has a new ambitious one year pledge for 2026 to raise $300,000 to support the expansion of Pediatric Developmental Rehabilitation Services. Developmental rehabilitation covers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. 1 in 6 children in the U.S. has a developmental delay, disorder or disability. Dayton Children’s Hospital currently has OVER 1,000 children on the wait list for these services.
🌟Physical Therapy: helps children improve their motor skills, strength, balance and coordination. It addresses delays or disorders in movement and posture. (19% increase in volume)
🌟Occupational Therapy: helps children develop the skills needed for everyday activities like dressing, eating and playing. It focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing and independence. (24% increase in volume)
🌟Speech Therapy: helps children develop communication skills such as speaking clearly, understanding others and social interaction. (57% increase in volume*)
