Come for the Crafting… Stay for Everything Else!
If you’ve never been to a TWIG 33 Crop, you might be surprised to learn that the crafting is only part of the fun. A TWIG 33 Crop is a chance to step away from the everyday, spend some quality girl time, and enjoy a weekend filled with good food, good friends, creativity, and plenty of laughs.
Bring your scrapbook, quilting, card-making, or whatever project you’ve been meaning to finish—or don’t bring a project at all! Some guests spend hours crafting, others come to share ideas and crafting resources, and plenty simply come to socialize. There’s no right way to do a Crop. You make it whatever you want it to be.
And then there’s the food. TWIG 33 members are known for bringing and donating an amazing spread of homemade goodies, making meals and snacks almost as much of an attraction as the crafting. Come hungry, bring your project, pull up a chair, and get ready to meet new people. In fact, so many Crop attendees have eventually become TWIG members that we think the Crop might just be a pretty good recruiting tool!
Crops are typically held on Friday evening and Saturday, with the option to attend one day or make a whole weekend of it. Several Crops are held throughout the year, so there are plenty of opportunities to join in.
Come for the crafting. Stay for the food. Make friends, laugh a lot, and enjoy some much-needed girl time—all while supporting TWIG 33 and Dayton Children’s Hospital.
