For 59 years, the Sugarplum Festival of Trees has been bringing holiday magic, tradition, and plenty of Christmas cheer to the Dayton area. What began decades ago has become one of the area’s most anticipated holiday events—and one of TWIGS’ biggest celebrations of the year.

The festivities begin on Friday night at the Life Connection of Ohio with Swigs with TWIGS, a lively evening of wine and craft beer tasting, tasty snacks, raffles, and time to mingle with friends. Get a sneak peak of the amazing trees and get into the holiday spirit!

The weekend celebration kicks off on Saturday from 9-4 at the Holiday Arts & Craft Show at the Kettering Recreation Complex. TWIGS has an area filled with handmade creations, holiday goodies, unique gifts, and plenty of treasures you won’t find anywhere else. After you get your items for under the tree, head over to the Festival of Trees at the Life Connection of Ohio where the magic really comes to life. Wander through a beautiful collection of creatively decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, and holiday treasures, all available for bidding. From traditional to whimsical, there’s something to catch everyone’s eye—and maybe something you’ll want to take home!

The celebration also includes a festive craft show, filled with handmade creations, holiday goodies, unique gifts, and plenty of treasures you won’t find anywhere else. It’s a wonderful opportunity to shop local, discover something special, and get a head start on your holiday shopping.
